Can I still book train tickets?
Only trains that are operating are available to book. In the event that a train is cancelled during the strike, you should be able to cancel or postpone your customer’s journey or they should be able to use another train serving their destination on the same day (subject to and dependent on specific after-sale measures for each carrier).
Can I exchange or refund tickets?
TGV, Intercités, TER, TGV France-Brussels, TGV, Lyria and Thalys tickets
The original ticket can be refunded. You can then book another ticket on a train that is running (subject to availability). This applies to all tickets types, valid during the period of disruption for a new journey before or after the departure of the original train (up to a limit of 61 days).
All tickets, regardless of the fare, including “non exchangeable/non-refundable” tickets, are refundable without fees if the train has been cancelled. In the case of a return journey, all tickets can be refunded if part of the journey cannot be completed.
